| Alain Renaud Joins EuroUS |

Alain Renaud has joined the EuroUS team as a Venture Partner located in France. Alain is a co-founder of MentoNet and spent the last 12 years as a venture catalyst and business angel, developing eleven French start-up companies and raising more than €100 million. Four of these companies have been sold, one was quoted on Nasdaq. He started his career at Teradyne where he held high-level sales and marketing positions.
