Bill will manage all aspects of EuroUS Ventures' fund management, auditing, tax and legal matters and fund reporting, using Vision Capital's extensive systems and relationships.

Responsible for operations including, liaison with CFO's of portfolio companies, fund administration, portfolio reporting, tax and legal issues for Jersey based funds, interaction with limited partners in Europe and US, and partnership structures. Before Vision, from May 1999 to May 2001, Bill was CFO of ZoZa, Inc., Greenbrae, CA. ZoZa was a startup vertical multi-channel design and apparel retailer formed by the founders of Banana Republic. In this company he jointly formulated the business plan and strategy that generated term sheets from three tier 1 venture capital firms.

From 1976 to August 1998, Bill rose through management positions in the National City Bank of Columbus, OH. His last position was Senior VP, Business Services Group. In this position, he managed all commercial lending functions within the Retail Banking unit for the Central Region of the newly formed Ohio bank.
